How Trello Can Improve Your Social Media Planning?
Hey E-preneurs! So if you haven’t downloaded Trello yet, you’re LOSING! Trello is so awesome it’s like a big e-whiteboard. Trello is a collaboration tool where you can easily work with your team to collaborate on projects. This makes it perfect for social media management because your team can easily go in and add content to the boards. I personally use Trello for:
- Personal Task
- Business Task
- Client Work
I currently have 6 Trello boards but take a look at my social media planning board for Diaries of an E-preneur here:
Each board will allow you to create cards. These cards can be used to easily organize the information for each list.
When I am doing my Social Media Planning, I typically have a list for the topic of the week, common hashtags, and then a list for content for each day of the week.
I’m not a heavy Instagram user on @DiariesofanEpreneur account so I generally just schedule one post per day.
So here you can see I have my image for what I want to post, now you can easily click on the photo to see the description. The description is where I will write out my caption for this post. I also write out what hashtags I will use just so it can be easier on the day of posting.
So how will Trello help you plan your social media?
Planning out your content for the week on Trello easily allows you to save some extra time and stress from trying to decide what’s going to be posted each day. Isn’t that a headache?
Use Trello to not only plan out your post but you can also get a vision of what your post will look like on the grid for the upcoming week.
Save time and stress by using Trello!
