The Answer to Your Question: “Where is VITAL XII?”

Hey E-preneurs! So, I know I’ve been pretty quiet lately and you’re probably wondering “where the heck is VITAL XII?” and here’s the answer: I’ve come to a decision to put a halt on my online store VITAL XII. I know I know it’s my baby and my 1st business but good things must come to an end and I think I’ve made the best business move.

If this is your first post of mine that you have read, then let me catch you up. VITAL XII was started almost 3 years ago, it first came about when I was selling my old handbags on an app called Poshmark because I needed some extra money. I saw how quickly women were buying the purses, so I decided to start my own handbag store online (that’s the short version of the story). I was doing EVERYTHING in my business alone from social media marketing, email campaigns, photoshoots, sourcing bags, partnerships, pop up shops, and the list goes on. Now don’t get me wrong I did have people come in from time to time to help out in the business, like interns, however for the majority of my time in the business it was just me. Handbags or fashion per se was never a huge passion of mine however business and managing things in the back end was (I went to school for management and was involved in a marketing organization- shout out to CLMC). I fell in love with the idea of running a business but selling handbags was just not something I cared much about (I know this may be shocking to you, but it really wasn’t). So I decided to close down VITAL XII and do what I am really passionate about which is management/marketing for small businesses. I mean I’ve researched sooooo much and spent countless hours learning about managing and marketing businesses while running VITAL XII so why not put that passion to use? I’m super thankful for VITAL XII because it got my foot into the door in the entrepreneur world, but everything isn’t meant to last forever.

Many of you already know but a year after I started VITAL XII I started my 2nd business, On Twelve Management. On Twelve was my way of doing what I’m passionate about and helping other business owners when it comes to managing and marketing their business. Who knows one day I may go back to VITAL XII and give it another try but for right now I’m super fired up about On Twelve Management and getting my brand out there.
