E-preneur Must Haves
Hey E-preneurs! I wanted to drop some “E-preneur Must-haves” on you today to show you what has really been helping me become more productive in the e-preneur world. So here they are:
1. Portable Mouse
This may sound a little cheesy but purchasing a portable mouse has helped me become so much more productive. Trying to navigate your screen using the mousepad on a laptop can be so annoying! Previously I had a wireless portable mouse but after having to purchase to many batteries I switched over to a wired mouse and it has been heaven! You can purchase a wired mouse for as low as $7 at your local office store or Walmart.
2. Google Drive
Google Drive is my all-time favorite tool as an e-preneur. Google Drive does so much and stores everything in a cloud based system so you can access it anywhere you go. Google has apps such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides which are all similar to your Microsoft system however it saves it in the drive which makes it easier to access and even share with collaborators. I use this tool daily to share work with my clients so they can work on projects the same time that I am.
3. Trello
I mentioned Trello to you guys before in a previous blog but Trello is really a life changer. Trello helps you become more organized and allows you to track what you need to do on a daily. I use Trello more so for my personal life and noting what needs to be done daily. Trello is on a cloud based system as well so you can access it from anywhere and even have collaborators make changes to it.
4. Notebook
This may seem a little old fashioned but I don’t know where I would be without my good old notebook. I go through notebooks about every 2 months but it feels so great looking back at my old notes and tracking what I have accomplished thus far. I also document my notes in Google Docs however I put them in my notebook first because I’m just a visual person.
5. Alarm Clock
This is a very important tool, I have at least 4 alarm clocks set on my phone daily. Although I schedule everything I need to in my Google Calendar I still set alarms just to make sure I am on track. I use my alarm clock to schedule my social media post daily, to wake up to begin work, to call clients back, to complete client work, and so on. The alarm clock is really a powerful feature that you definitely should utilize.
*Bonus Must Have: A good ole cup of Coffee (haha)
